I have had many juicers and was happy. But since I received my Greenstar 3000, I have no idea how I have lived without it. I look forward toward juicing and using this juicer every morning, noon or whatever time daily. My diet has greatly improved and my getting a variety of greens into my diet has greatly increased. This unit juices anything you want to. I have lost 23 pounds since I received my juicer by incorporating it into my diet plan. Love making my own nut butters, milks, sorbets, ice cremes, etc. All are healthy and good for me and taste great to booth. I do not care what anybody else thinks of this unit, it is worth the cost to me as just I beleive my health is worth the effort. It is easy to use, comes with many attachments, very quiet. I do not mind cleaning it even when I am in a hurry as the unit is now part of my family...Me , my wife, and my Greenstar!

I love my Greenstar 3000 for many things. It makes great sorbets, fabulous juice and I'm sure much more. Nut butters however are not the Greenstar's forte. I was very excited to make almond butter after seeing the Rawvolution guy demonstrate it on the video, but was very disappointed. In the video the almond butter immediately comes out creamy with plenty of oil. In reality it comes out like powder. I called Tribec and they weren't much help (the machines instructions are very limiting, you have to buy additional dvd's and books to get even basic recipes and instructions), she said to make sure they were soaked almonds, which they were and that sometimes you have to run it through the machine a few times, which I did, still ending up with more of an almond paste, with no taste. Very disappointing, I have to wonder if it was an illusion on the video, did they just run already made almond butter through the machine? :(
