Nothing "natural" about it! Feb 23, 2011

I specifically purchased this book because it said it included "alternative and natural health options". I didn't find anything in this book that was natural health orientated. This book is stamped on the front from a OBGYN's office...it looks like something your Doctor would give you for free when you come in for prenatal care. Quite disappointed.
