Improve Your Health Aug 25, 2009

This book should be mandatory for all. It is easy reading and explains a lot that our medical system cannot. For instance, cause of over active bladder is unknown to our medical system. After reading this book and following it, bladder functions are fine. Many symptoms we accept as aging have reversed in my life because of the information in this book. If you want to reduce health problems and the cost of them, read Dr. Batman's books.

A great read and resource for anyone wanting to fix their health issues without spending any money. Water is a necessary staple in our diet and most of us barely drink enough to get thru the day. Most of us believe that we
get enough water from juices, coffee, tea, or other drinks when the truth is that only water can properly hydrate the body and heal the body from so many common ailments and diseases. I got this book free on my kindle a couple weeks ago and am hoping the rest of the Drs books will become available for Kindle reading soon. On day 4 of my own personal quest to properly hydrate and drink more water and I'm feeling better, swelling in my knees and ankles is almost gone. Looking forward to more health benefits with proper hydration in the days ahead. Please make the other books by Dr Batman available on kindle.
